Terms & Conditions of Service

By engaging CCC Mobile Wash & Detail for vehicle detailing services, the client agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

The client is required to provide a safe and suitable environment for the service provider to perform the detailing services. This includes:

Access to power and water within 30 meters of the service area, at no expense to CCC Mobile Wash & Detail
A workspace that complies with reasonable health and safety standards.
In commercial settings, compliance with management and body corporate regulations.
Failure to provide a suitable environment may result in rescheduling or cancellation of service appointments

CCC Mobile Wash & Detail will not be held responsible for any accidental personal injuries to clients, the public, or the service provider during or after the detailing service.
We are not liable for any damage or theft of the vehicle or property after the service has been completed and keys or invoice is handed over to the client.
We are not responsible for any power loss or surge occurring during the service. In such cases, the client will be responsible for any charges incurred if the service cannot be completed, either partially or in full.

CCC Mobile Wash & Detail reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle's condition exceeds the scope stated by the client at the time of booking. The client will be notified of any additional service requirements and charges in such circumstances.
Services may also be declined if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or if a suitable working environment is not provided.

If the client is not satisfied with the service, they are encouraged to contact the management of CCC Mobile Wash & Detail to address any concerns regarding the quality, professionalism, or conduct of the service provider.
